Today Steele, Cole, Olivia, Boston and the volunteers went to the Moot Colony. I stayed behind to get caught up on a few things. Oaks really wanted to go...he loves hanging out and dancing with JRaj. He was throwing a fit...the truth was he didn't want to do school work. He started crying and saying that I never let him help the poor...he said he never gets to go to the leprosy colonies and help. I thought it was really funny...he is a really good at arguing and that was a really good point. Tears rolling down his cheeks saying "mom you never let me help the poor." What do you say to that? He really gets to visit the colonies all the time. Oaks is so cute and smart...I love when he brings home pet frogs or caterpillars. He loves hunting for scorpions or snakes...we have discouraged that game because of the poisonous krait and cobras that are often found one the property. Oaks loves India...he said he would stay another six months because my mom and aunt Carol said they would come visit him again and bring him mac and cheese...Seems easy! The one thing Oaks misses most is a hot dog, he asks for one at least once a week...he will yell "mom why can't I have a hot dog, I just want one hot dog.!" I think this is funny because he rarely ate them in America. Oh, the funny things you miss when you can't have them.

I love all your posts and hearing about your exciting experiences. So true what you said about the hot dog...we only go to McDonalds when we are in a foreign country!
That post was hilarious! I can just picture it all! It sounds like everything is going well there but we miss you all and are SO excited for when you get back!
Ha ha! That's so funny. We miss Oaks. Tell him Parker ate hot dogs last night that we roasted over the fire. Maybe we'll have to send him one :) (Do you think they would go bad?)
I'd miss hot dogs too.
